Privacy Policy

Account information you provide (name, email, a password hash — never the password itself), billing data processed by Stripe (we never see your card number), product usage events stored in our own analytics tables, and contact messages you send us.

We use this data to operate citepath-rehearsal, bill subscriptions, reply to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data is stored in Postgres on our hosting provider and retained while your account is active. Soft-deleted accounts are purged on a schedule; backups roll off on the provider's standard cycle.

You can export or delete your data anytime — email us and we'll handle it. Where GDPR or similar law applies, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability.
