Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.

Cancel anytime from your account settings or the pricing page. You keep access until the end of the current paid period — cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't trigger a refund by itself.

If citepath-rehearsal isn't working out, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it — no forms, no retention flow. Annual or multi-month prepayments are refunded pro-rata for the unused months.

Email support@citepath-rehearsal.app from the address on your account with the subject "Refund". We process approved refunds through Stripe; the credit lands on your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
